Internal Privacy Notice
In the course of your employment, engagement or other basis of work undertaken for {client_name}, we will collect, use and hold (“process”) personal data relating to you as a member of our staff. This makes {client_name} a data controller of your personal information, and this Privacy Notice sets out how we will use that information and what your rights are.

This notice is not aimed at customers of {client_name}.
How we collect your information
We collect two pieces of data:
- Your contact details.
- Your usage of the system. An example of this would include the date and time that you created an order for a customer.
How we process this information
The information we capture will be used for four main purposes:
- To contact you.
- In order to maintain a record of activities you have undertaken as an employee of {client_name}.
- To allow us to maintain an audit trail of activities we have undertaken on behalf of our customers.
- To help us improve functionality within this system.
Your data will not be shared with any third party or used for any other purposes except where there is a legal obligation for this information to be shared.

- Audacia have developed this software system and will use your information for the purpose of diagnosing faults or improving the system only.
- Access will be restricted to engineers who are actively developing or supporting the system only.
How long your information is kept
For employees, subject to any other notices that we may provide to you, we may retain your personal data for a period of 7 years after your contract of employment (or equivalent agreement) has expired or been terminated.
Occasionally, some information may be retained for longer than this, but only where there is a legal obligation to do so.
